Lawrenceville Police investigated a two vehicle collision late Sunday afternoon at 22nd and Maple Streets. Reports indicate that just after 5 p.m. a 2002 jeep being driven by Brian Bump of Route 1, Lawrenceville backed out onto 22nd street and collided with an eastbound 2003 Ford whose driver was Destanie Laslie of Lawrenceville. Neither driver nor a passenger in the Laslie vehicle were injured. Both vehicle did sustain damages in the collision. There were no citations issued although Bump was given a verbal warning in connection with the mishap.
