A Clarksville, Tennessee man was arrested following a reported disturbance at the Quality Inn on Old Wheatland Road in Vincennes. Vincennes Police were called to the hotel and found 57 year-old Jeffrey Whitehead allegedly acting in a disorderly manner. Police also claim Whitehead forcibly resisted arrest before being subdued. Whitehead was charged with disorderly conduct, public intoxication, and resisting law enforcement. He was taken to the Knox County Jail.
