Law Enforcement officials are wanting local and area residents to be aware that there is another phone scam circulating. The phone scam involves someone calling and saying that they are representing Ameren Electric, stating that if your utilities will be shut off if you do not pay your bill. Once again, this is a scam. Do not give your personal information over the phone. If you do receive this call, you should notify your local law enforcement.
