Three people were injured in a single-vehicle accident in Lawrence County early Wednesday morning. A 16 year-old male was driving north on County Road 1160 East when he lost control of the vehicle in loose gravel. The vehicle went off the roadway and into a ditch before overturning into a utility pole. The driver and two male passengers were injured and taken by private vehicle to Lawrence County Memorial Hospital. Authorities did not release any of the names of those involved.
