Local man jailed in Dubois County, IN

       A Lawrenceville Illinois man was arrested in Huntingburg Indiana this week after returning to the Dubois County, Indiana City.

     This past Saturday, 43-year-old Kevin Noble was stopped with two passengers when Huntingburg police noticed an obscure license plate and approached.  The Dubois County Free Press reports that a woman dismounted the Suzuki bike and that’s when Noble drove off at a high rate of speed.  He led police on a chase through Huntingburg and onto State Road 64.  Police terminated the chase in Pike County, Indiana.  Dubois County authorities had located Noble’s passenger who had dismounted and according to the newspaper,r she identified Noble for officers.

          Information was received this past Wednesday that Noble was back in Huntingburg and he was located at Southside Park and arrested without incident on warrants for resisting law enforcement, and for aggressive driving, reckless driving and other charges.
