The Daviess County Fair gets underway this week with non-perishable items being accepted at the Women’s Building between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m. Friday and perishable items between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Saturday. The Queen contest is on tap Monday at 8 p.m.
