Vincennes police executed a search warrant in the 900 block of Carbon Street at 4:11 yesterday afternoon.
The investigation led to the arrest of 4 people. Riley J. Hill and Shelby Lynn Ellerman, both 21 years old, are charged with dealing in marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance. 18-year-old Kyle N. Nunnelly and 36-year-old Shea P. McNeece were both charged with visiting a common nuisance. All are from Vincennes. Vincennes police were assisted in the incident by the Department of Child Services.
