Several arrests made in Vincennes Saturday and Sunday…
-At 8 last night, Vincennes Police arrested 27-year-old Priscylla Melton of Vincennes for operating while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. The arrest took place at 14th and Cavanaugh.
-Police were called to the Vincennes Wal Mart for a shoplifting incident at 2:15 Sunday afternoon. 39-year-old Tracy Allen Shots was charged with theft.
-Vincennes police arrested 43-year-old Stacey L. Norton of Vincennes for public intoxication at 2:35 Sunday morning. She was taken into custody in the 800 block of North 9th. She was also wanted on failure to appear warrants out of Knox County.
-36-year-old Michael Lane was arrested by Vincennes Police Saturday. He was wanted on traffic violations in Gibson County.
-A Terre Haute man was arrested by Vincennes Police Saturday on drug related charges,. 37-year-old Patrick Ramirez was booked into the Knox County Jail charged with dealing in a controlled substance.
-Vincennes Police arrested two men Saturday on charges of resisting law enforcement and public intoxication. 32-year-old Russell Smith and 33-year Carl Heacock were booked into the Knox County Jail with bond set at 4-thousand dollars each.
