A shoplifting incident at the Vincennes Wal Mart resulted in the arrest of 22-year-old Courtney Suzanne Messer of Corbin, Kentucky. She was charged with theft after the 1:24-pm incident Wednesday.

Vincennes police arrested 23-year-old Alexander Arthur Dugas of Vincennes at 5:31-pm Wednesday in the 300 block of North 4th. He was wanted on a failure to appear warrant.
