A local man was arrested just before midnight last night for public intoxication. Vincennes Police report they took 33-year-old Michael A. Tripp into custody at 9th and Harrison. He was booked into the Knox County Jail on the charge.

A Vincennes Woman was arrested after giving police false information. Shortly after 5 pm Tuesday Police were called to 1223 North 9th Street after receiving a report of a residential burglary. Upon further investigation, 22-year-old Kandice Armes was arrested on a charge of false informing. She was booked into the Knox County Jail.

A Vincennes resident faces numerous charges after being located at 13th and College and 9;30 Tuesday morning. 41-year-old Tina M. Catt was wanted for a probation violation for public intoxication, possession of paraphernalia and resisting law enforcement.
Knox County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested an Evansville Man Tuesday on a charge of Domestic Battery. 26-year-old Benjamin Osmon is being held in the Knox County Jail on 5-thousand dollars bond.

An inmate in the Knox County Work Release Center was arrested yesterday on probation violation . 40-year-old Kitch C.Kitchen of Vincennes was arrested by City Police on a warrant to revoke his suspended sentence. Kitchen was transported to the Knox County Jail to await an initial court hearing on the charge.

31-year-old Leslie Ryan Smith of Princeton was arrested by the Knox County Sheriff’s Department on a probation violation. He was booked into the Knox County Jail awaiting his initial court appearance.
