19-year-old Talonna Horrall of Wheatland was arrested by Vincennes Police Saturday. Horrall is charged with one count of theft after allegedly attempting to steal items from Wal-Mart.

A Vincennes man was taken into custody following a domestic disturbance Friday night. Vincennes Police arrested Jeremiah Rickli on charges of domestic battery, battery on a police officer, resisting law enforcement in a vehicle and operating a vehicle while under the influence.
