The Vincennes police department charged a Bruceville man with possession of marijuana and traffic offenses Thursday. They say they stopped 23-year-old Travis Hilll at 4th and St. Claire and found him to be operating a vehicle without ever having a license and the plates were expired. While taking inventory officers found a rolled cigarette believed to contain pot. In addition Hill was cited for nor wearing seat belt.

38 year old Mark J. Dreiman was booked into the Knox County Jail on Thursday without bond. He was arrested on a probation order violation.

40-year-old Kitch Cole Kitchen of Russelville, Kentucky was picked up on by Knox County Deputies on a warrant. He was wanted for failure to appear.

Joshua Allen Zills, 30 of Vincennes was arrested for two counts of theft on Thursday. No bond was set.
