Good Samaritan Hospital unveiled a new central billing office yesterday on East St. Claire in Vincennes.
Patients can now manage their medical bills at the former Northside Pharmacy building as Good Samaritan is centralizing all of the patient account functions in one location.
Confidential areas will be available where staff members can work with patients to answer questions about their statements and bills, as well as establish a payment program.
The new office also has a drive thru window for patients to pay their bills without leaving their car.
The central billing office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
