Indiana State Police report that a Vincennes man was taken into custody on charges Sunday night in the 700 block of Perry Street. 21 year old Dillon Bryer was found to be wanted on two Failure to Appear warrants from Knox Superior Court Two. He was also found to be in possession of a hypodermic syringe. He was charged and was being held without bond in the Knox County Indiana Jail. Vincennes Police arrested 69 year old Gary Foster of Vincennes after a traffic stop in the 1800 block of Indiana Avenue. He was charged with Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated and was being held in the Knox County Jail on $5000 bond.
