The Illinois Department of Transportation reports that the first of three oversized load units is continuing its journey from Mt Vernon Indiana to Robinson Illinois. The trip began Monday from Mt Vernon to Grayville and the second leg is Tuesday from Grayville north on Illinois Route 130 to Olney. Due to the size and slowness of the unit, Route 130 has been shut down until around 4 p.m. Tuesday and motorists should make alternate plans for travel. The unit will be parked overnight in Olney before another leg in the journey Wednesday from Olney to Newton.
