The Lawrence County Sheriffs Department Monday arrested an Indiana man on a charge of residential burglary. Taken into custody was 32 year old Clayton Phillips of Monroe City. No other arrest details were given in the report. Phillips was booked into the Lawrence County Jail and as of Tuesday morning was being held on $15,000 bond. Vincennes Police arrested an Oaktown woman on drug offenses. 38 year old Jennifer Held was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of a controlled substance. She was booked into the Knox County Indiana Jail and was being held without bond.
