The College of the Ozarks basketball Bobcats boosted their season record to 6-3 Monday night with a 104-85 win over the John Brown University Golden Eagles at home. Former Lawrenceville Indian Brandt Cochran continues to play well leading the Bobcat scoring with 25 points and five rebounds. Cochran also was named as the A.I.I. Mens Basketball Player of the week and the NCCAA Mens Basketball Student-Athlete of the week for his remarkable career high 40 point effort in the Bobcat win Nov 17th over then undefeated NAIA Division 1 Mid-American Christian University at Richmond, Indiana. The Bobcats will next see action Friday at Fisk University in Nashville, Tenn.
