Vincennes University has appointed Dr. Laura J. Treanor to the positions of Provost and Vice President of Instructional Services/Dean of Faculty. VU President Chuck Johnson announced Treanor will begin her duties on June 25th to allow her to work closely with outgoing provost Dr. Laurel Smith, who will retire on July 27th. Smith served as interim provost since August of 2015. Treanor most recently served as the System Associate Vice President for Institutional Effectiveness at the Baker College System Headquarters in Flint, Michigan.
