Chief Judge Tom Tedeschi was re-elected for the Second Judicial Court of Illinois. The Chief Judge is given general administrative authority of the courts in the Circuit and is responsible for administering the detention, probation and court services departments. The Second Judicial Circuit is comprised of twelve counties including Lawrence, Crawford, Richland and Wabash.
