Kathryn E. Frederick, age 89 of St. Francisville, passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, July 26, 2017.
She was born in Wabash County on October 24, 1927 to Harley and Helen (Gueiswite) Mills.
Kathryn married Louis S. Frederick, and he preceded her in death in May of 1971.
She was a homemaker to her family and worked for Prestolite in Vincennes, IN for 18 years.
Surviving family includes: one son- Jimmie Frederick of St. Francisville: one daughter- Peggy Lewis and husband Galen of St. Francisville: one sister- Irene Malone of Freelandville, IN: three grandchildren- Jaime Frederick and wife Lori of Hazelton, IN, Kathryn Foor and husband Neil of St. Francisville, and Rachel Shelton and husband David of Vincennes, IN: eight great-grandchildren- Devin Brian, Joslyn and Bailee Frederick, and Philip, Isaac, Luke, Kathryn, and Matthew Shelton: and four great-great-grandchildren- Zoey and Owen Frederick and Bentley and Kenlee Brian.
She was preceded in death by: her parents- Harley and Helen Mills: her husband-Louis S. Frederick: one grandson- Johnnie Frederick: and one sister- Eleanor Frederick.
A graveside service will be held for Kathryn E. Frederick at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 29, 2017 at Oaklawn Cemetery in St. Francisville. A visitation will be held at the Cunningham-Young Funeral Home in Lawrenceville from 9:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 29.
