-Vincennes City Police served an arrest warrant in the 1700 block of Old Decker Road last night. At about 10:10, 37-year-old Kelly Sue Allen of Carlisle was arrested on a warrant out of Vanderburgh County.
-At 4:30 yesterday Vincennes officers arrested 21-year-old Tyler J. Opel at Hart Street and Thompson Drive. He was arrested on a warrant for felony residential entry and a felony count of possession of marijuana with a previous conviction.
– Vincennes City police assisted the U.S. Marshalls Service in the arrest of a wanted felon Monday afternoon. 43-year-old Shawn Carter was taken into custody shortly after 1 pm at a home at 1809 Ash Street in Vincennes. Carter was wanted on a felony parole warrant and failure to register as a sex offender. Authorities also arrested 43-year-old Janice Cooke for assisting a criminal. The Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Department and Indiana State Parole Evansville District along with the local Neighborhood Watch assisted in the investigation and arrest.
