Vincennes University is placing an added focus on achieving student success this year. While that is the goal every year, V-U President Chuck Johnson says they are making sure resources are available including tutoring programs to assist those students who need help.
Johnson says in most cases the tudoring programs are free or students may quailify for additional assistance based on certain program requirements. For those students who commute to school, Johnson says they are attempting to make tudoring help available online. Making students aware of resources available to them will not help prevent them from falling behind academically, but Johnson it will also help with student rentention.
