53-year-old Kevin Oliver of Vincennes was arrested at 10:22 last night at 1002 North 9th. He was charged on warrants for public intoxication and criminal trespass.

At 11:20 last night, 40-year-old Jamie A. Leighty of Lawrenceville was arrested at US 50 and County Line Road. He was arrested for resisting law enforcement and on warrants for possession of a controlled substance and possession of meth. Vincennes Police were assisted by the Lawrence County, Illinois Sheriff’s Department in the incident.

A traffic stop at Upper 11th and College in Vincennes resulted in the arrest of 32-year-old Charles Baughn of Vincennes. He was stopped at 8:30 last night. Upon investigation he was charged with driving while suspended with a prior. He was also found to be wanted on warrants out of Crawford County, Illinois for failure to appear on burglary and theft charges.

At just before 1-am Thursday morning, 30-year-old Travis Thacker of Vincennes was arrested at 13th and Cavanaugh. He was picked up on Lawrence County, Illinois warrants for failure to appear on charges of attempted burglary, possession of a controlled substance, possession of stolen vehicle, retail theft and disorderly conduct.
