The Pride of the Green had their annual performance at Inman Field last night.  The Vincennes Lincoln High School band recognized it’s graduating seniors, as well as performed  this year’s show.  The band recently advanced to the Indiana State School Music Association’s Semi-State contest. Band Director Bill Marsh says the theme of their performance is something different then what people are use to.

Marsh says there are 6 judges who will judge different aspects of the performance on October 31st at Decatur High School in Indianapolis.

He says they only missed going to state last year by three tenths of a point.

With 102 members involved in the band Marsh says he’s confident they’ll move on…

Marsh also commented  at the performance last night that he hopes the public recognized  hard the kids work to put on a great show.
