The Mount Carmel Elks Lodge #715 in cooperation with the Illinois Elks Children’s Care will sponsor a FREE Children’s Orthopedic assessment clinic on Friday March 6, 2020 at the Wabash General Hospital, Orthopaedic Surgery & Sports Medicine which is located at 1527 College Drive, Mount Carmel, IL. The clinic is from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM and is by appointment only for Illinois residents. To make an appointment please call the Illinois Elks Children’s Care office at 1-800-272-0074 between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. There are no charges for any services at this clinic. No referrals are necessary. This is an excellent opportunity to have a child reviewed for bone and joint development.
