This is their Swing Bed program!
This program offered at LCMH allows you to get 24-hour skilled care with treatments and therapies customized to your illness or injury.
And you can choose to recover with them, closer to home, even if your hospital stay was elsewhere!
This program was designed to shorten the gap between your hospital stay, and getting you home!
Who qualifies for this program? Patients who have been in the hospital for at least 3 days but require additional nursing care and/or rehabilitation services on a daily basis qualify for this program.
