The name of the male subject killed at the Bear Run Coal Mine last month has now been released. The Sullivan County Indiana Sheriffs Department reports that the victim was 59 year old Philip Heymann of Washington Indiana. On Thursday, April 20th Heymann died after being hit by a large piece of equipment while working at the location. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigation is continuing into the accident circumstances.
