The Indiana State Police (ISP) report that a missing southern Indiana man has been discovered dead  after an apparent vehicle crash in Gibson County. 47 year old Brian Colbert of Evansville had been reported missing since early December. He was employed by Toyota Boshoku in Princeton and was last seen driving his 2017 Toyota in Princeton before disappearing. Last Friday, an ISP trooper was patrolling on Old US 41 and spotted a vehicle underneath a rural bridge over Pigeon Creek. It was a 2017 Toyota with a deceased male inside. Saturday, the Gibson County Coroner identified the body as that of Colbert. An autopsy was conducted with the results pending. The ISP believes that Colbert was traveling on Old US 41 when he drove left of center and then veered off the east side of the road. The car then dropped down into a deep ravine and overturned into the creek, becoming obscured from view from the road as water from recent rainfall moved the vehicle further under the Pigeon Creek Bridge.
