The Illinois State Police Saturday arrested 21 year old Brian Lyczkowski of Lawrenceville on a charge of Retail Theft. He was booked into the Lawrence County Jail and was being held pending bond. The Lawrence County Sheriffs Department Sunday charged 28 year old Stephon Smith of Bridgeport with Battery. He was taken to the Lawrence County Jail and was being held on $100 bond.
