A 21 year old Chicago man is in custody after being charged with threatening Illinois Republican gubenatorial candidate 55th District State Senator Darren Bailey of Louisville. Scott Lennox was arrested in Cook County on multiple charges including Threatening a Public Official and Harrassment by Telephone and Electronic Communications after he admitted to leaving a voicemail message indicating he wished to “mutilate and kill” Bailey. He is in the Cook County Jail being held pending bond.
