Lawrence County Memorial Hospital (LCMH) will be looking for a new surgeon. In a statement released by the hospital, Chief Executive Officer Don Robbins announced that Dr. Anne-Battiste Barnwell is leaving the medical facility in Lawrenceville due to family needs in her hometown. He praised Barnwell for helping the hospital continue to develop and grow it’s surgical department and also help to foster and grow relationships in the community. Dr. Barnwell will continue services in the area through Thursday January 5th 2023 and the search for a new surgeon is underway.
