Authorities here in Lawrence County early Thursday arrested 37 year old Courtney Neighbors on two counts of Felony Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance. No other arrest details were given in the report. She was booked into the Lawrence County Jail and was being held there pending the setting of bond.
