The Lawrence County Sheriffs Department Friday arrested 26 year old Damon Elmore of Vincennes on a charge of Probation Violation. He was being held on $30,000 bond in the Lawrence County Jail. Lawrenceville Police Friday charged 35 year old Arthur Harvey of Lawrenceville with Arson. No other details on the arrest were given in the report. Harvey was being held without bond in the Lawrence County Jail.
