A criminal investigation by the Indiana State Police (ISP) along with the Vincennes Police has led to the arrest of a southwestern Indiana. The ISP report that two armed robberies occurred earlier this summer at the Sunshine Spa located at 1876 Hart Street in Vincennes on July 3rd and August 13th. During both, a male subject entered the business, displayed a handgun, and left the location with an undisclosed amount of money and no one hurt. The suspect was identified by ISP detectives as 25 year old Davis Miller of Worthington Indiana. He was taken into custody this week at his residence in Worthington without incident and transported to the Knox County Jail where he was being held pending bond. Miller has been preliminarily charged with Robbery with a Deadly Weapon, a Level 3 Indiana Felony and Intimidation, a Level 6 Indiana Felony.
