The Bridgeport City Council got together Tuesday for regular monthly session at City Hall. Mayor Tyler Griffin reported to the members on recent talks with the firm HLR on the continuing problems at the city sewage lagoon. He characterized the discussion as good and did indicate that both sides will continue to work together to find a solution. The council did approve a resolution approving the authorized use by only certain city office workers on the Water Meter Deposit Accounts with the city’s bank.
