The Lawrence County Sheriffs Department Thursday arrested 42 year old Mellissa Carpenter of Wheatland Indiana. She was found to be wanted on a warrant for Failure to Appear (Court Arraingment). She was booked into the Lawrence County Jail and was being held on the warrant with bond set at $5000. A rural traffic stop Thursday led to the arrest of 48 year old Joshua Isley of Vincennes. He was taken into custody for Unlawful Display of Registration and was later released after posting a $100 bond.
