The annual Wabash Valley Football Coaches Association (WVFCA) All Star game took place Saturday at Memorial Stadium on the campus of Indiana State University in Terre Haute. The Black Division knocked off the Gold Division 36-12 in the contest. For the Gold squad, Brenyn Winningham of the Lawrenceville Indians at quarterback did score on a 1 yard touchdown run in the 3rd quarter. He ran 9 times for 29 yards and was 2 of 3 passing for 17 yards and also caught a pass for 7 yards. Congratulations to Ryan Schultz of the Indians, also a member of the Gold Team. He was named as the recipient of the Eitel Scholarship award for academics by the Association. Terre Haute South was the winner of the 7 on 7 contest prior to the game Saturday morning.
