The Lawrence County Sheriffs Department Saturday arrested 40 year old Heather Garrard-Harrington of Lawrenceville on a charge of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. She was being held in the Lawrence County Jail pending the setting of bond. Sunday, the Lawrenceville Police Department made three arrests. 30 year old Michael Williams of Vincennes was picked up on an out of county warrant and was later released after posting $2500 bond. 37 year old Alan Byers of Sumner was charged with Theft-Possession of Stolen Property and was being held pending bond in the Lawrence County Jail. 34 year old Michael Smith of Annapolis, Ill was wanted for Failure to Appear in Court and was being held on $30,000 bond in the Lawrence County Jail.
