H.E.L.P. COMING TO VINCENNES

The city of Vincennes was one of the communities selected by the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA) in November of 2021 for the Hoosier Enduring Legacy Program (H.E.L.P) to begin in the summer of 2022. The program encourages communities to develop strategic investment plans addressing the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. Beginning on Monday June 13th, Jamie Dugan will serve as the HELP Vincennes Community Coordinator and State Partner Liaison for the City of Vincennes. Dugan previously started her own consulting firm based in Vincennes-Write To Win, LLC dealing in grant writing for municipalities and nonprofit organization. Her duties will include facilitating HELP Core Team meetings consisting of representatives from Knox County and Vincennes organizations. She will also assist Vincennes Mayor Joe Yochum and the Vincennes City Council in determining how to best spend allotments of Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Funds. Dugan will operate out of an office to be located in the Pantheon Business and Innovation Theatre in downtown Vincennes.
