Lawrence County States Attorney Michael Strange reports that an Indiana man has been sentenced to prison this week in Lawrence County Circuit Court. 23 year old Tyler G.S. Auberry of Vincennes was charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, a Class 4 Illinois Felony. He had been placed on felony probation, but violated the terms. Auberry received 2 1/2 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections and also must pay all previously imposed court fines and assessments.
