The Vincennes Board of Works and Safety met Monday afternoon at City Hall and approved the bid of Kerns Excavating submitted for work on Phase III of the Main Street Project. The Bruceville Indiana company was the winning bidder for Phase II of the project. The move was made upon recommendation of City Engineer John Sprague, who reviewed the three bids received.
