The Lawrence County Sheriffs Department made two arrests Sunday. 18 year old Summer East of Sumner was taken into custody in Lawrenceville on a charge of Domestic Battery. She was booked into the Lawrence County Jail and was being held pending the setting of bond. 44 year old Melanie Holmes of Bridgeport was charged in Bridgeport with Obstruction of a Peace Officer. She was also booked into the Lawrence County Jail and was later released after posting $150 bond.
