Chief Judge Mellissa Morgan of the Second Judicial Circuit this week announced the appointment of a new Court Reporter. Tonya Collins is the new reporter and began her duties initially working in Gallatin County. She will also serve in the remaining 11 counties in the 2nd circuit which includes Lawrence, Wayne, Wabash, Edwards, White, Hamilton, Jefferson, Richland, Hardin, Franklin and Crawford.
