A Wisconsin truck driver was hurt in an early Thursday morning accident in neighboring Wabash County. Illinois State Police say that around 1:30 a.m., a 2009 Peterbilt truck-tractor semi-trailer being driven by 65 year old Earl Christianson of Onalaska was headed south on Illinois Route 1 when he ran off the southside of the road and rolled over into a ditch. Christianson was taken by ambulance to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. After investigation, authorities did ticket Christianson with Improper Lane Usage.
