A wanted man was arrested Monday by Vincennes Police. The department received an arrest warrant for Burglary, a Level 4 Indiana felony during the morning for 39 year old Carl Heacock. The warrant stemmed from an incident which occured late Sunday night. Heacock was located at 100 West Minneapolis Blvd and was taken into custody without incident. He was transported to the Knox County Jail and was being held there on $100,000 cash only bond.
