LHS AND RHHS RECOGNIZED

The State of Illinois and the Illinois Student Assistance Commission is congratulating high schools across the state that received a Recognition of Excellence designation for their efforts in supporting their students and their families through the financial aid process. Among the high schools honored with Silver Medals were both Lawrence County schools. Lawrenceville High School was recognized for having 83% of it’s students completed FAFSA and Red Hill High School for 78% of it’s students completing FAFSA. Other area high schools recognized were Edwards County, Mt Carmel, Fairfield, Cisne, Wayne City, Carmi-White County and Hutsonville.
