Joshua L. Wright, age 42, of Shelburn, Indiana and formerly of Sumner, Illinois passed away on Monday, January 24, 2022 at the Lawrence County Memorial Hospital in Lawrenceville, Illinois. He was born on August 26, 1979 in Terre Haute, Indiana, the son of Leonard Lee Wright and Colleen Diane (Gibson) Frazier.
Josh worked as a welder, as well as tree trimming, doing construction and flooring. He was a member of the Calvary Apostolic Church.
Preceding him in death was his father.
Survivors include his sons, Austin, Alex, and Abram; mother, Diane Frazier; step-mother, Becky Wright; sister, Abby Cornwell; and niece, Lydia. He will be greatly missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.
A memorial service will be conducted on Saturday, February 26, 2022 at 11:00 AM CST at the Calvary Apostolic Church in Lawrenceville, Illinois. Visitation will be on Saturday from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM CST at the church. Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home in Lawrenceville, Illinois is in charge of the arrangements.
