Wabash General Hospital in Mt Carmel has announced that it has been selected as a 2022 Top 100 Critical Access Hospital. The designation was made by the Chartis Center for Rural Health. The annual recognition honors outstanding performances among the nation’s rural hospitals using assessments in eight key areas. Wabash General was the only hospital in Illinois to get such recognition.
