The Illinois Eastern Community College District #529 Board of Trustees met Tuesday in regular session at Olney Central College. A new board member was appointed to fill a vacancy. Roger Browning was named to replace Al Henager, who announced his retirement in January. Browning will be formally seated at the Tuesday March 15th meeting and serve until the 2023 election. He then could seek election to a two year term on the board
