The Lawrence County Sheriffs Department made two arrests this past weekend. On Saturday 55 year old Roger Wimberly of Bridgeport was charged with Driving Under the Influence (DUI), Possession of a Firearm without a Firearm Owner Identification (FOID) and Possession of Ammunition without a FOID. He was booked into the Lawrence County Jail and was being held pending setting of bond. Early Monday, 26 year old Andrew Labate of Lawrenceville was charged with (DUI) Alcohol and was taken to the Lawrence County Jail. He was then released with a Notice to Appear in court.
